- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or networks;

You retain ownership of all files, data, and content you upload or store using NGDS (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant NGDS a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content as necessary to provide the Services. - Responsibility

5. Plans, Payments & Billing:

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless required by law. - Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
6. Termination:
